The evolution of the Masterplan is based upon a series of strategic moves which make best use of the site, creating a dynamic, interesting sense of place which relates to its surroundings.
Phase 3 of the Masterplan at Balbriggan was designed by Doran Cray Architects on behalf of Glenveagh homes.
The design provides a basic framework for routes and spaces that connect locally and also to the wider surrounding areas.
Linking into existing pedestrian connections is crucial in connecting the new residential development to the local urban fabric.
